From 2021 to 2024 I was co-founder of a data engineering agency called BiteStreams. As we are closing BiteStreams in 2024, I wanted to repurpose the blogposts I’ve sporadically written for our site, the obvious choice being this personal blog. Welcome, have a seat.

My goal is to start posting monthly, perhaps even write shorter snippets more frequently. (But as these four paragraphs took me three weeks, I wouldn’t get my hopes up.) I also want to set a small standard: I shall not regurgitate content or use this blog for excessive marketing. I shall not ask generative AI to write my texts. I shall resist the urge to use tasteless French phrases - even if I think they might give the text some joie de vivre.
